Seeing If We're a Good Fit

Before anything else, we have an honest conversation. We'll talk through your property, your vision, your timeline, and your budget — and make sure Blooms is the right studio for the project. If we are, we move forward. If we're not, we'll tell you that too.

Discovery Call

Once we've confirmed it's a good fit, we schedule a call to go deeper. This is where we start to understand the full picture — what you love about the space, what isn't working, what you've always wanted outside your home.

Site Visit

We come to you. Our designer walks the property with you in person, takes it all in, and starts to see the possibilities. This is where ideas start to take shape.

Design

Our team develops a full-color 3D CAD rendering of your project: plant selections, hardscape layouts, lighting concepts. All presented for your review and refined until it's exactly right.

Proposal

Once the design is approved, we provide a detailed project proposal with clear scope and timeline. No surprises.

Build

Our crew handles every phase of installation, from groundwork to final lighting. Your dedicated project supervisor keeps you informed at every step.

Walkthrough

When the project is complete, we walk it with you. We don't consider it finished until you do.
