About Us
Blooms was founded in Jacksonville in 1994 by Dan Sekula. What started as a landscape company has grown into a full-service outdoor living design and build studio — with a team of experienced designers, project supervisors, and skilled crews who take pride in every project they put their name on.
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all. Every property is different, every client has a distinct vision, and our job is to listen carefully and translate that into something that exceeds what you imagined.

What Sets Us Apart
Experience You Can See.
Our team has 70+ combined years in outdoor living design. That depth of knowledge shapes every recommendation we make — from plant selection to material choices to how a space flows.
You're with us every step.
We coordinate design, installation, and lighting in-house. One team, one point of contact, no handoffs. You stay informed throughout, and we don't consider a project complete until you do.
3D designs
Before construction begins, we present a full-color, 3D-rendered design of your space. You see exactly what you're getting — and we refine it together until it's right.

Frequently Asked Question
What areas do you serve?
We serve Jacksonville and the surrounding areas, including Nassau County, Amelia Island, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra, Atlantic Beach, St. Johns County, Clay County and Duval County.
How does pricing work?
Every project is custom, so pricing varies based on scope, materials, and timeline. We provide a detailed estimate after your initial consultation.
Do you handle the full project, or just design?
Both, and everything in between. We manage design, permitting (when needed), installation, and final inspection — all under one roof.
How long does a project take?
It depends on complexity and scope. After your consultation, we'll give you a realistic timeline based on your specific project.
What if something isn't right after installation?
We stand behind our work. If any issues arise after installation, let us know and we'll make it right.
